May 31 11am - 3pm Bryte Park (Todhunter Street)  map Requirements Your child must be at least 4 years old by August 1, 2008 a COPY of each player's birth certificate (club will keep) a current picture (no smaller than 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" and player cannot have on sunglasses or a hat) a completed registration form which we will have at registration $100 registration fee, which includes complete uniform (shirt/shorts/socks), picture packet, fundraiser fee*, and end of season award. *NO OTHER FUNDRAISER WILL BE HELD.
